• Develop and implement manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate manufacturing launches for new or revised products.
• Provide guidance and leadership for several lower graded engineering and technical employees.
• Design tooling fixtures, special machinery, and equipment to facilitate manufacture and assembly.
• Analyze processes and implement improvements to reduce cost and improve quality.
