Job summary

AIDA-America in Dayton is seeking an Installation Supervisor to supervise electrical assemblers, riggers, subcontractors and auxiliary installers during the installation of complex knockdown presses. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology or equivalent.
• 7–10 years related, practical work experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledgeable about metal stamping controls, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, PLC programming and reading ladder logic diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback to Manufacturing, Quality, Service and Engineering for process improvements and machine performance.
• Ensure project stays on schedule and within budget.
• Supervise installation of metal stamping presses and auxiliary equipment.
• Train customers on press setup, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and ensure positive overall experience.
