Job summary

RESA Power, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee electrical power distribution projects for diverse customers in Cleveland, OH. You will coordinate with customer teams, vendors and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.

The role requires strong communication, scheduling, and reporting skills, plus the ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot schematics. Travel up to 40% may be required; a NETA certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of NETA testing-related experience.
• NETA III or IV certification preferred.
• Ability to read and understand complex blueprints and schematics for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and collect data on low, medium, and high voltage electrical systems up to 500kV.
• Test and calibrate relays, power metering, and switchgear, including electro-mechanical and solid-state relays.
• Manage awarded jobs: order materials and subcontract services, follow deliveries, and schedule on-site visits.
• Generate work orders and detailed reports; provide field technical support.
• Coordinate with clients, management and field teams to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays and travel as needed; ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
