Job summary

RESA Power is seeking a Project Manager to oversee diverse customer projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and service excellence. The role involves coordinating with departments, vendors, employees and customers, suggesting additional services to enhance operational safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with at least 5 years of relevant experience, the ability to interpret complex electrical drawings, and experience with LOTO/MOP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years related experience.
• Ability to read and understand complex blueprints, single-line diagrams, schematics, parts lists for troubleshooting.
• Experience developing LOTO and MOP procedures; writing change orders.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; dependable and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, troubleshoot high/medium/low voltage systems to 500kV.
• Schedule jobs, generate work orders, manage subcontractors and deliveries.
• Provide on-site technical support and field supervision when needed.
• Generate detailed reports and maintain project status within budget and schedule.
