Job summary

ABM Electrical Power Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple projects from concept through close-out. You will independently plan, schedule, and coordinate activities to ensure on-time completion and customer satisfaction.

The position offers a salary range of $90,000–$125,000 with potential incentives and a comprehensive benefits package. You will work with cross-functional teams to meet quality standards and regulatory requirements across diverse electrical projects.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Minimum five (5) years project management experience.
• Minimum ten (10) years electrical testing experience.
• NETA testing experience.
• PMP certification preferred, but not required.
• Must have extensive managerial and technical experience.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, procedures and standards.
• Experience related to computer processing of costs and schedule information.
• Well organized with strong planning.
• Quality and safety oriented.

Responsibilities

• Ensures electrical projects are completed timely per standards.
• Acts as liaison among customer and subcontractors as needed.
• Coordinates with related departments to maintain schedules and revisions.
• Inspects work to ensure conformance to specs, schedules and safety.
• Ensures site orientation, permits, inspections and close-out processes.
• Assigns, trains, directs and appraises electrical personnel.
• communicates effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Exhibits project leadership and timely decision making.
• Ensures safety regulations are followed and related documen tation completed.
• Ensures compliance with NEC, OSHA, and state policies.
