Job summary

RESA Power is seeking a Project Manager to organize and oversee electrical power system projects for diverse customers. You will coordinate with multiple departments, vendors, and customers to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence, while identifying opportunities to expand services that improve safety and efficiency.

You will lead field activities, manage schedules, and provide thorough reports, with a strong emphasis on customer service and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years NETA testing experience.
• Active NETA III or IV certification preferred.
• Ability to read and understand complex blueprints, schematics, parts lists and other technical materials for troubleshooting circuit breakers and electrical power equipment.
• Experience in a testing environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication with customers and peers.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, troubleshoot and start-up high/medium/low voltage electrical systems (up to 500kV).
• Calibrate relays and power metering; test switchgear and breakers.
• Schedule work, generate work orders, and manage subcontract services to keep projects on track.
• Provide technical support to field service personnel and respond to customer needs.
• Maintain status updates and generate detailed client reports.
