Christman Facility Solutions, LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead project planning and client-relations efforts on Dallas-area construction projects.

Responsibilities include coordinating estimating, scheduling, value engineering, reporting, and managing subcontractor relationships. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in construction are required; Master’s degree is a plus. OSHA training is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Five (5) or more years of work experience in construction or related field.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Equivalent combination of above education, training, and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and maintain client relationships to understand leadership and facility needs from contract through warranty.
• Coordinate development and delivery of project planning services (estimating, scheduling, VE, reporting).
• Establish and clarify project-specific goals related to schedule, safety, accounting, labor relations, EEO, and data reporting.
• Manage client relations, including quality standards, expectations, and priorities from design docs to punch list.
