Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; 2+ years industrial electrical, automation, or electromechanical maintenance experience.
2+ years PLC programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance experience.
2+ years HMI troubleshooting and support experience.
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems up to 600V.
Ability to read, interpret, troubleshoot, and modify electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Experience with VFDs, AC/DC motors, and servo systems.
Knowledge of NEC/NFPA electrical safety standards.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, install, maintain, and modify low- and high-voltage industrial electrical, electromechanical, instrumentation, and control systems.
Diagnose and resolve issues on single-phase and three-phase systems up to 600V.
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and corrective repairs on production and utility equipment.
Document equipment, power systems, and drawings; support standardization with PLCs, HMIs, and related components.
Support system startups, testing, calibration, and power verification; assist contractors on installations.
