Westinghouse Electric Company in New Stanton, PA is seeking a Shop Technician II, Repair to evaluate and repair electrical assemblies and PCBs, including wiring, soldering and testing, following standard procedures under supervision.

Based on site five days a week, the role reports to the Assistant Area Manager, I&C Operations. The position emphasizes adherence to safety, quality, and documented procedures to ensure reliable refurbishment work.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience with electrical and PCB skills.
• Knowledge of electrical assembly and wiring.
• Willingness to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical drawings, codes, schematics, manuals, blueprints and procedures; record data as required.
• Perform electrical wiring, soldering and testing of assemblies following standard procedures under supervision.
• Install components, units, subassemblies and wiring per specifications.
• Operate electrical/electronic test equipment to verify functionality and safety.
