Job summary

Munters Corporation in Daleville, VA seeks an Electrical Panel Shop Supervisor to lead the panel shop team, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safe, high-quality production.

The role requires strong knowledge of electrical panel construction, wiring, and assembly, plus experience reading schematics, BOMs, and drawings. You will coach technicians and collaborate across engineering and maintenance to keep production on track.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in electrical manufacturing, panel assembly, or related field.
• Experience supervising teams in manufacturing.
• Able to read schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Electrical Panel Shop and lead production activities.
• Assign work, set priorities, manage staffing and monitor productivity.
• Oversee assembly, wiring, labeling and testing of panels.
• Read schematics, BOMs, and engineering drawings; provide hands-on troubleshooting.
• Ensure panels meet specs, quality standards, and schedules.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Materials and Maintenance to resolve issues.
• Support ECOs and updated manufacturing requirements.
• Lead safety initiatives including PPE and lockout/tagout.
• Coach and develop panel shop staff and enforce safety and attendance standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, throughput, and efficiency.
