Munters Corporation in Daleville, VA seeks an Electrical Panel Shop Supervisor to lead our panel shop team, supervise daily operations, and ensure safe, efficient production. You will read schematics, supervise assembly and testing, and collaborate with engineering and maintenance to resolve issues.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in electrical manufacturing with strong leadership, a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on supervisory role in a phase II facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years in electrical manufacturing, panel assembly, industrial controls, or related field.
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of electrical panel construction, wiring, and assembly.
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and engineering drawings.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of electrical components and industrial control systems.
• Working knowledge of electrical safety and Lockout/Tagout.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assembly, wiring, labeling, and testing of electrical control panels and assemblies.
