The ideal candidate has 2+ years in electrical assembly, works with hand and power tools, and can read schematics. This full-time position offers a four-day workweek, opportunities for advancement, and benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical assembly, electrical wiring, or panel building.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Basic understanding of electrical components, wiring, and connections.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build and wire electrical control panels and enclosures according to specifications.
• Install electrical components, switches, terminals, wiring, and other hardware.
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete panel assembly and wiring.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Ensure wiring and component installations meet quality and production standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic electrical or wiring issues.
• Maintain an organized and safe work area.
• Work independently and with team members to complete projects on schedule.
