Job summary

Copeland is seeking team members for Panel Services that build electrical control panels to Engineering and UL508A specifications. You will mount, wire and assemble components, following schematics and CAD drawings, and use ERP systems in daily tasks.

The role requires reading diagrams, operating hand and power tools, and lifting up to 50 pounds. It offers a Monday–Friday shift with overtime as needed to meet production demands.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; related experience or technical training preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP software.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Measure, drill, punch, and cut metal enclosures as required.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and CAD drawings and wire accordingly.
• Safely handle 25–50 lb lifts and heavy hand tools during an 8–10 hr shift.
• Install components, crimp connections, and route wiring with attention to specifications.
• Produce assemblies, apply labels, and package peripherals.
• Maintain organized work area for safety and productivity.
• Use ERP system to perform transactions and verify stock counts.
• Work with supervision and meet quality/production standards.
