The role is a Temp-to-Hire position on the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM) with pay at $22/hour. Emphasis on accuracy, safety, and reliable attendance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience required.
• Basic knowledge of blueprints and schematic drawings.
• Basic math skills.
• Willingness to learn electrical panel assembly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels and bus systems.
• Follow wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
• Install pre-wired panels into control boxes.
• Terminate wiring according to schematics and specifications.
• Read and understand blueprints and schematic drawings to determine wiring layouts.
• Inspect parts and components for defects and ensure quality.
• Use hand tools and other equipment safely and properly.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic wiring issues.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
