Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our Rexel USA team in Alexandria, LA. You will drive sales, promote products, and build strong relationships with new and existing customers using our digital tools and services.

You will develop new markets, assist customers with product selection, coordinate with leadership and suppliers, and maintain accurate records of sales activities to grow profitable business and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or electrical industry experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• High School or GED - Required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Sell, market, promote, and demonstrate products; communicate features and benefits clearly.
• Grow business by acquiring new customers and selling additional products to existing customers.
• Collaborate with leadership, team members, and suppliers on sales strategies and new markets.
• Assist customers with product selection and applications using internal experts and supplier reps.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships and follow up through the purchasing lifecycle.
