• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years electrical or leadership experience
• Associate Degree with 4+ years electrical or leadership experience
• High School Diploma with 6+ years electrical or leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Influences policy, practices and procedures across related functions.
• Manages escalated complaints and monitors progress on jobs and budgets.
• Ensures projects and milestones are achieved within approved budgets.
• Coordinates resources and stakeholders across internal and external teams.
• Leads Daily Operating Reviews and Weekly Operating Reviews.
• Participates in on-call rotation and storm restoration leadership.
