• Develop project managers, superintendents, and other leaders through coaching.
• Coordinate with estimating and preconstruction on pursuits, staffing, strategy, and risk.
• Build relationships with customers, general contractors, owners, and partners.
• Support strategic planning, annual budgets, market development, and growth.
• Drive standard operating procedures and continuous improvement.
