HELP, a Cincinnati-based home services provider, seeks an experienced Master Electrician/Electrical Manager to lead electrical operations, service calls, and install projects. You will supervise electricians and apprentices, drive safety, and ensure quality workmanship for residential and commercial jobs.

This role emphasizes strong leadership, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with sales and estimating teams on job scope and planning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years electrical experience with 2+ years in management.
• Valid Master Electrician License required.
• Experience with field service software (Service Titan).
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of electricians and apprentices.
• Oversee daily electrical operations including service calls and installations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes.
• Train and develop team members to improve skills.
• Manage scheduling, workflow, and resources for efficiency.
• Monitor costs and productivity for the department.
• Enforce safety standards and procedures at all times.
