Qualifications

• 10+ years electrical construction experience with 5+ years leading multiple commercial projects.
• Expert knowledge of NEC and state codes; regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and build high performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish electrical operations and annual budget planning.
• Align resources for backlog and pipeline.
• Set standards for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Collaborate with finance on WIP health, gross margin, and change orders.
• Partner with estimating to hit targets from pre-construction to close-out.
• Set processes for constructability, prefabrication opportunities, and realistic schedules.
• Drive project delivery excellence from start-up to turnover.
• Mentor PMs, Superintendents, and Foremen; recruit top talent.
