Job summary

STACK INFRASTRUCTURE is seeking a Director, Electrical OFCI Engineering & Technical Delivery to lead the technical strategy, procurement support, integration, and execution of OFCI electrical infrastructure across STACK’s hyperscale and colocation data center portfolio.

This senior role requires deep hands-on experience with utility interconnection, medium-voltage distribution, generators, UPS, switchgear, transformers, PDUs, EPMS/SCADA, grounding, and fault-tolerant architectures, plus a proven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering required.
• 15+ years of mission critical data center electrical engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, IEEE, NETA standards and best practices.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead OFCI electrical equipment strategy, specification development, procurement support, testing, integration, and deployment across multiple data center projects.
• Review and approve engineering deliverables to ensure STACK standards and reliability.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Development, Construction, Operations, Procurement, Commissioning) for fast-track execution.
• Evaluate OFCI equipment vendors, conduct bid evaluations, reviews, and factory witness testing.
• Drive rapid technical decision-making and resolve field issues to minimize schedule impacts.
