Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc is seeking a Site MEP Technical Coordinator to bridge owner project requirements with on-site activities and commissioning, with a focus on electrical systems and basic mechanical/controls interfaces.

You will lead documentation, quality verification, and cross-trade communication on complex construction projects, ensure safety and on-time delivery, and collaborate with owners, subcontractors, field service reps, and commissioning agents.

Qualifications

3–5 years of construction experience, preferably in electrical systems.
Completion of 2 years of trade school or equivalent journeyman experience.
Procore and Adobe PDF editing proficiency; ability to read blueprints and diagrams.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate installation methods to ensure quality and design compliance.
Serve as main contact for owner reps, subs, field service, and commissioning agents.
Drive commissioning readiness with pre-functional checks and load-soak preparation.
Lead field documentation with Procore, punch lists, and safety verifications.
Maintain project docs with photos, checklists, and risk reporting.
Act as onsite point-of-contact when leadership is absent.
Provide hands-on troubleshooting for electrical and basic mechanical systems.
