Job summary

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking an M/E/P Manager to provide expert oversight of MEP/FP systems from design through closeout. You will support field teams, coordinate with owners, consultants, and trade partners, and drive on-site installation and commissioning efforts across projects.

The role emphasizes mechanical/cooling focus initially, with expansion to electrical and other M/E/P disciplines as needed. Travel may be required; local applicants are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or construction management.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant M/E/P construction experience.
• Experience with M/E/P design, commissioning, and construction.
• Strong field experience supporting M/E/P installation and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide MEP/FP technical oversight from preconstruction through closeout.
• Review and coordinate MEP/FP design documents for constructability.
• Participate in design and coordination meetings with consultants, owners, and teams.
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals, scopes of work, and prequalification packages.
• Monitor MEP construction progress and ensure work aligns with plans and codes.
• Provide boots-on-the-ground field support for MEP installation and coordination.
• Support development of MEP schedules and sequencing with project teams.
• Review and track MEP submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Coordinate field inspections, startup, and testing/commissioning of MEP/FP systems.
• Collaborate with commissioning agents to verify system performance.
• Troubleshoot MEP system issues with subcontractors to resolve them.
• Assist in evaluating MEP-related cost impacts, VE options, and risks.
• Serve as a technical resource and mentor to project team members.
