Acushnet Company is seeking an Electrical Mechanical Specialist to join its golf ball production operations in Massachusetts. You will maintain and optimize complex equipment, troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure peak performance.
You will collaborate with Engineering to adapt equipment, keep accurate maintenance records, and test instruments to meet stringent standards.
Qualifikationen
- One of several education/experience combos must be met.
- Experience in electrical maintenance in an industrial setting preferred.
- Ability to read electrical/hydraulic schematics and blueprints.
- Proficiency with safety practices including Lockout/Tagout and NFPA 70E.
Aufgaben
- Maintain and optimize complex production equipment.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance and calibrate devices.
- Collaborate with Engineering to adapt equipment for production needs.
- Plan work to minimize downtime and keep accurate maintenance records.
- Test and calibrate instruments to meet performance standards.
