Job summary

A to Z Machine is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 1st shift in Appleton, WI to keep our machines and facilities running smoothly. This full-time, hands-on role focuses on preventive maintenance, basic repairs, and keeping shop fixtures in good condition.

You’ll work with a small team, follow 6S and safety standards, and support other technicians as needed. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing; CNC experience is preferred

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• CNC job shop experience preferred.
• Forklift experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on machines and buildings.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace facility and shop equipment.
• Build and repair benches, tables, and shop fixtures.
• Handle basic facility needs (lighting, plumbing, painting, carpentry).
• Assist with equipment and shop moves.
• Follow 6S, ISO/quality, and safety standards.
• Support Electrical/Mechanical Technicians as needed.

Appleton, WI | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Full-Time | Hands-On | Essential Role

Are you a reliable, mechanically inclined problem-solver who enjoys keeping machines and facilities running smoothly? A to Z Machine is looking for a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician to support our shop, equipment, and facilities.
