Job summary

Ace Precision is seeking an Industrial Machine Repair & Preventive Maintenance Technician to keep CNC machines, PLCs, robotics, hydraulics and pneumatics running at peak performance.

You'll perform general and preventive maintenance, interpret manuals and drawings, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and support facility systems to ensure safe, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree with five years of related experience, or equivalent combination.
• Ability to interpret manuals, diagrams, and specifications.
• Skilled in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Basic math skills and a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and preventive maintenance on shop equipment, including troubleshooting and repairs.
• Interpret manuals, drawings, and specifications to solve problems and guide repair procedures.
• Disassemble, repair, replace parts, and reassemble equipment; perform basic fabrication and assembly.
• Maintain facility systems such as heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical.
• Handle wiring, piping, and basic electrical repairs to keep operations running smoothly.
• Support equipment relocation, installation, and requisitioning of parts or supplies.
• Safely manage hazardous materials and follow lockout/tagout procedures.
