Job summary

The Davis Companies Inc. is seeking an Electrical Mechanical Production Supervisor in Westborough, MA to lead a cross-functional team on first and second shifts.

The role requires hands-on EM manufacturing expertise and prior supervisory experience to ensure safety, quality, and on-time production. Responsibilities include training staff, assigning tasks, coordinating with Engineering to resolve design issues, and maintaining production schedules within budget.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Electrical Mechanical experience, with Lead and/or Supervisor experience.
• Minimum of high school diploma; Associate's Degree or trade school equivalent is a plus.
• Strong organizational and motivational skills.
• Ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and leadership to direct reports through attitude, action, and superior communication.
• Organize and assign work tasks to personnel in order to meet production goals.
• Ensure products meet designed quality specifications and achieve quality goals.
• Meet production schedule within assigned budget.
• Interface with Engineering as required to troubleshoot inaccuracies or other design challenges.
