Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with technical training in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Minimum 2 years of electrical assembly, machine building, or industrial manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels and automation equipment
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions
• Install electrical components including relays, PLCs, power supplies, sensors, switches, terminal blocks, and circuit breakers
• Route, terminate, and label wiring according to engineering drawings
• Perform electrical testing, continuity checks, and functional verification
• Troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic systems
• Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to resolve assembly issues
• Support machine startup, debugging, and final inspections
• Maintain a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment
