Job summary

Manpower is seeking an electro-mechanical assembler in Fort Collins, CO. You will assemble electrical and mechanical components, read wiring diagrams and blueprints, and perform wiring, crimping, soldering, and testing.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in electro-mechanical assembly, can read schematics, and use hand and power tools with strong attention to quality. Starting pay is $21/hour with a 5% bonus opportunity and long-term growth in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Preferred: ISO or lean manufacturing environments

Responsibilities

  • Assemble electrical and mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and BOMs
  • Perform wiring, cable routing, crimping, and soldering tasks
  • Conduct functional testing and basic troubleshooting
  • Complete production and quality documentation
  • Identify and communicate quality or process concerns
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams

What You'll Be Doing

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Frequent hand and tool use throughout the day
  • Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed
  • Strong visual attention to detail for assembly work
