Job summary

TOPS Staffing is hiring for a rapidly growing manufacturing company that has recently expanded into a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. This Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician role focuses on bench-style assembly of mechanical and electrical components used in control cabinets and related equipment.

Workweek is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:15 PM. Pay is up to $22/hour based on experience, with strong growth opportunities as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical or production assembly work.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Point-to-point wiring experience preferred.
• Soldering experience is a plus.
• Ability to read assembly drawings or wiring diagrams is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform bench assembly of electro-mechanical components and subassemblies.
• Build mechanical assemblies used in electrical control systems.
• Perform point-to-point wiring based on diagrams and instructions.
• Read and interpret basic blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.

Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician – New Facility | Growth Opportunity Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:15 PM Pay: Up to $22/hour (based on experience) TOPS Staffing is hiring Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technicians for a rapidly growing manufacturing company that has recently expanded into a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility.

This expansion has created multiple new openings within the assembly department, making it an excellent time to join the team. You’ll be working in a modern, clean production environment with updated equipment and plenty of room for growth as the company continues to scale.

Position Overview

This role focuses on bench-style electro-mechanical assembly. Technicians will build and assemble mechanical and electrical components used in control cabinets and related equipment. Candidates with mechanical assembly experience are encouraged to apply, and experience with point-to-point wiring or soldering is a strong plus.
