ManpowerGroup in Fort Collins, CO is seeking an Electrical-Mechanical Assembler. The role focuses on assembling electrical and mechanical components, reading wiring diagrams and schematics, and producing quality finished products.

This onsite position offers a stable, Monday–Friday schedule and hands-on work to build valuable technical skills. You’ll work with engineering and quality teams to ensure proper wiring, testing, and documentation, while maintaining a clean, safe work environment and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3+ years of electro‑mechanical assembly experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and BOMs.
• Perform wiring, cable routing, crimping, and soldering tasks.
• Conduct functional testing and basic troubleshooting.
• Complete production and quality documentation.
• Identify and communicate quality or process concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams.

Onsite Position

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and BOMs

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3+ years of electro‑mechanical assembly experience
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience

• Technical certification or vocational training
• Electronics, mechatronics, or related background
• Experience in ISO or lean manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with multimeters and testing equipment
• IPC soldering certification or equivalent soldering experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Frequent hand and tool use throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs as needed
• Strong visual attention to detail for assembly work
