Job summary

Qualifications

• Electrical product knowledge gained in electrical distribution, contracting, manufacturing, or the electrical trade.
• Minimum 2 years of project coordination or 3 years in a customer-facing operations role with problem resolution experience.
• Experience supporting project execution in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with order management, material tracking, scheduling, or logistics coordination.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems; familiarity with Smartsheet preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day execution of projects and orders for an assigned national account.
• Helps organize and prioritize daily workload across the account support team.
• Coordinates material deliveries with customer schedules and timelines.
• Oversees order entry, material verification, and schedule updates for accuracy.
• Tracks costs, profit, and change orders; supports billing accuracy.
