• Adhere to production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with purchasing, planning, and warehouse teams.
• Resolve operational issues with Engineering.
• Drive continuous improvement projects on the shop floor.
• Plan and lead on-the-job training for team members.
• Manage employee performance and attendance reporting.
