Job summary

Vanderlande’s White, GA site seeks an Electrical Manufacturing Supervisor to lead the electrical panel shop and oversee subcontractors. The role reports to the Production Manager and requires driving safe installations, reviewing drawings, and maintaining quality and schedule.

Expect a minimum 40-hour week with overtime as needed. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in industrial electrical work, knowledge of schematics, conduit routing, and control panels.

Qualifications

• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with electrical control panels in manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel minimal.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily electrical subcontractors on site.
• Oversee panel shop production against schedule.
• Ensure adherence to engineering drawings and QC.
• Coordinate with Production Manager on milestones.
• Maintain turnover documentation.
