Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, construction management, or mechanical trades.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing coordination or supply chain in MEP/construction.
• Proficiency with Stratus software and knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manufacturing workflows to ensure timely production and delivery.
• Assist in maintaining production schedules aligned with project timelines.
• Monitor work progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines.
• Support QA/QC by monitoring specifications and standards.
• Serve as liaison between project managers, engineers, and manufacturing teams.
• Document ISO 9001 documentation and maintain work instructions.
• Support lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
