Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing coordination, prefabrication, or supply chain in MEP/construction.
• Thorough knowledge of MEP materials and prefabrication processes.
• Experience with modular skids/racks integration is a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Proficiency with Stratus Software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manufacturing workflows to ensure timely production of prefabricated MEP components.
• Maintain production schedules aligned with project timelines.
• Monitor progress, identify obstacles, and adjust to meet deadlines.
• Support QA/QC to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Liaise between project managers, engineers, and manufacturing teams.
• Document shop tickets, material receipts, quality control reports, and fabrication logs.
