Job summary

Baker Group is seeking a Manufacturing Coordinator - Electrical to oversee manufacturing coordination, scheduling, and material planning for prefabricated MEP components. You will collaborate with engineering, procurement, and production to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

The role requires experience in manufacturing coordination, knowledge of MEP systems, and proficiency with Stratus Software, with a focus on ISO 9001:2015 compliance and efficient workflow improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in manufacturing, construction management, or mechanical trades.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing coordination, prefabrication, or supply chain management within the MEP, construction, or industrial sector
• Thorough knowledge of MEP materials and prefabrication processes, as well as MEP components and their integration into modular skids/racks
• Proficiency in Stratus Software.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manufacturing workflows to ensure timely production and delivery of prefabricated MEP components.
• Maintain production schedules, aligning with project timelines and contractor requirements.
• Monitor work progress and adjust workflows to meet deadlines.
• Support quality assurance and quality control efforts by monitoring compliance with specifications and standards.
• Serve as the liaison between project managers, engineers, and manufacturing teams to ensure clear communication.
• Document ISO 9001 records and maintain current work instructions.
