Qualifications

• Supervision experience of 20+ personnel.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience with engine rebuild/repair and mechanical systems.
• Must be able to read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily mechanical assembly operations and ensure quality and safety.
• Balance workloads to meet production goals.
• Lead assembly personnel and communicate with production leadership.
• Maintain labor tracking and ERP system updates.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings.
• Improve assembly methods and procedures.
• Ensure resources and training are provided.
