You will read blueprints, perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and HVAC systems, and ensure safety standards. This is a full-time, on-site role with local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance.
• Electrical training and knowledge of electrical repair on various equipment.
• Reading blueprints and interpreting diagrams.
• Licensing or certifications in electrical is preferred.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain building & mechanical systems (equipment, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters, replacing light bulbs, and checking fire extinguishers.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and service equipment and systems.
• Operate, maintain, and repair various tools and equipment for carpentry, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• Perform light groundskeeping tasks (weeding, snow removal).
• Drive a company vehicle for local equipment pickups.
• Maintain inventory of materials and ensure equipment is clean and in good working order.
• Complete invoices and weekly reports.
• Respond to emergency situations and customer service requests.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company directives.
