Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Springboro, OH is seeking a Maintenance Tech to perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and support efficient manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with 3-phase and low-voltage electrical systems.
• Knowledge of welding, fabrication, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors and rotating equipment.
• Familiarity with photo eyes, proximity switches, and precision measuring tools.
• Basic plumbing experience (PVC, copper, and black iron pipe) is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Food manufacturing facility with GMP and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and other equipment issues.
• Work with AC/DC electrical circuits and controls.
• Assist with PLC troubleshooting (non-programming level).
• Perform equipment setups, lubrication, cleaning, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts and scissor lifts when needed.

Maintenance Tech

Regular Full-Time Springboro, OH, US

Salary Range: $29.00 To $33.00 Hourly

Schedule:

• Wednesday: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Pay Rate:

• $29.00 - $33.00 per hour , based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
