Job summary

Quickprojobs seeks an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician for a direct-hire role in Lebanon/Mason, OH (1st shift, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM). You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical production equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and support upgrades and continuous improvement projects.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of industrial maintenance, strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting, and read electrical diagrams. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Reads electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Hands-on with PLCs, VFDs, motor controls, and power distribution.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Mechanical aptitude — gears, chains, belts, bearings, conveyors.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical production equipment.

Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician (Electro-Mechanical) – Direct Hire – $35-$42/hr

Lebanon/Mason, OH | 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM | Direct Hire

A growing, family-owned manufacturing and contract packaging company in the Lebanon/Mason area is hiring an experienced Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician. This is a direct hire role with a company that invests in its people and its equipment — they've recently expanded and continue to grow.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues on production equipment
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
• Diagnose failures and put in place long-term fixes, not just quick patches
• Read and work from electrical schematics
• Work hands-on with PLCs, VFDs, motor controls, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Support equipment installs, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
• Track work in a CMMS
• Help with general facility maintenance as needed

What You Need
