Job summary

Thomas Electronics seeks an Electrical Engineering Manufacturing Manager to lead manufacturing engineering for high-voltage power supplies and electronic assemblies. You will drive process improvements, develop robust work instructions, and partner with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure product performance and manufacturability.

The role requires a BS in EE, 5+ years in electronics manufacturing, and strong leadership capabilities to guide projects from prototype to production

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum of five years in electronics manufacturing or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with high-voltage power supplies or related products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing engineering activities for HVPS and electronic assemblies.
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes and work instructions.
• Drive continuous improvement focusing on quality, efficiency, safety, and cost.
• Support production by resolving manufacturing and process-related issues.
• Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams on NPI and manufacturability improvements.
