Actalent is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support production and sustainment of advanced unmanned maritime systems. The role bridges Engineering and Manufacturing, providing hands-on support for electrical assemblies, test activities, product troubleshooting, and engineering documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, test, production, or product engineering.
• Experience with electrical schematic development.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing teams with electrical troubleshooting, issue investigation, and corrective actions.
• Analyze and resolve production-related electrical and electronic system issues.
• Review and maintain electrical schematics, wiring documentation, and design data.
• Create and update process documentation, test procedures, and engineering change documentation.
• Perform BOM reviews and support configuration management activities.
• Support integration, test engineering, and product validation efforts.
• Partner with design engineering, quality, supply chain, and production teams to improve reliability and manufacturability.
