HELP Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Master Electrician/Electrical Manager to lead electrical operations across service, install, and projects. You will manage electricians, ensure code compliance, and drive safety and productivity on every job.

The role requires a strong leader with deep technical expertise and a commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical experience with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Residential electrical service experience is highly preferred.
• Valid Master Electrician License as required by state/local regulations.
• Experience with field service management software such as Service Titan or similar.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

• Oversee daily electrical operations including service calls and installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support a team of electricians and apprentices.
• Oversee daily electrical operations, including service calls and installation projects.

• Assist with troubleshooting complex electrical issues and escalations.
• Partner with sales and estimating teams on job scope, bids, and project planning.
• Manage scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor job costs, labor productivity, and overall department performance.
• Enforce safety standards, policies, and procedures at all times.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of electrical staff.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical experience, with at least 2 years in a management role. Experience in residential electrical service highly preferred.
• Valid Master Electrician License (as required by state/local regulations).
• Experience with field service management software (e.g., Service Titan or similar).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and installation practices. Familiarity with local electrical codes and safety standards.
• Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• A current and valid driver's license in the state in which you will work.
• Must be willing to undergo a background check, drug screen, physical, and lift test (must be able to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs).

Work Environment

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.
