Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical/vocational training preferred.
• 5+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, servos, and industrial control systems.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley PLC platforms preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Maintain and install industrial control systems, including 24V control and 480V power systems.
• Install and support VFDs, instrumentation, sensors, and temperature controls.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Design, layout, and wire electrical panels as needed.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance and maintain equipment records.
• Support production and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Overview: Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and upgrading electrical and mechanical systems in an industrial manufacturing environment. Supports preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Maintain and install industrial control systems, including 24V control and 480V power systems.
