Job summary

Danieli Corporation is seeking an Electrician for our Ashland, KY Service Center to troubleshoot and maintain complex electrical and mechanical systems. Responsibilities include installation, modification, and repairs across PLC, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic subsystems, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

The role requires a two-year degree in industrial electrical maintenance technology and hands-on experience with AC/DC motors, drives, sensors, and PLCs.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in industrial electrical maintenance technology.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and components / inverters.
• Hands-on AC & DC motors and drives, sensors, and actuators experience.
• Hands-on PLC systems building, programming, and troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical drawings and P&ID's.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems in a steelmaking plant.
• Install, modify, and service equipment including PLC, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Lead safety practices and uphold housekeeping standards at all times.
• Collaborate with maintenance personnel to ensure uptime and reliability.
