This full-time role supports production machinery, automated systems, and facility equipment. The position emphasizes troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and documentation in our CMMS, with opportunities for growth within a leading coatings manufacturer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to two years of industrial maintenance or electrical experience.
• Experience with three-phase 480V electrical systems and PLCs.
• Basic computer skills and CMMS record maintenance.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair three-phase 480V electrical systems and motors.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs used in automated processes.
• Diagnose and repair VFDs and production equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Maintain mixers, pumps, and automated filling systems.
• Read schematics and document repairs in CMMS.
• Coordinate with production and other departments on repairs.
• Follow safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout.
