ADVICS Manufacturing Georgia, L.L.C. LaGrange, GA is seeking a Maintenance Technician Level 1-G20H01 to support the production of brake pads. The role focuses on electrical diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and ensuring safe, reliable plant operations.

You will troubleshoot PLCs, read schematics, install equipment, and collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams. The position emphasizes OSHA guidelines, 5S practices, and timely maintenance completion.

Qualifications

Associate degree or higher in Industrial Maintenance (Preferred).
5-10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of electrical control systems, automation, PLC work and machine troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems for plant machinery, including PLCs.
Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and system malfunctions; identify root causes and implement solutions.
Install, test, and support new electrical equipment; ensure proper connections and integration.
Use multimeters, scopes, and diagnostic tools to evaluate circuits.
Monitor machinery for electrical performance issues and coordinate with Engineering and Quality for upgrades.
Create and track electrical maintenance work orders; collect data to guide priorities.
