Qualifications
- Electrical troubleshooting experience on high-speed production machinery.
- Hands-on PLC/automation experience with drivers, sensors, motors.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Basic understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics related to maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Electrical & controls performance ownership for multiple automated production machines.
- PLC/controls monitoring and ensuring proper function of PLCs, drivers, sensors, and motors.
- Advanced electrical troubleshooting to diagnose faults and root causes.
- Repair or replace electrical components; calibration and testing of control systems.
- Mechanical support to ensure electrical/controls functionality.
- Safety-focused action to stop machines and perform corrective actions.
