Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot complex electromechanical systems at our Tennessee site. The ideal candidate will work well in teams or independently, prioritize tasks, and strictly follow safety procedures including LOTO and Arc Flash compliance.

Responsibilities include electrical/mechanical maintenance, PLC/CMMS familiarity, and using metering tools to diagnose and correct equipment performance

Qualifications

• Industrial Maintenance Certificate, military training, or 2+ years’ experience in an Industrial Maintenance setting.
• Able to use multimeters, laptop computers to troubleshoot and correct problems impacting machine performance.
• Must be computer literate including use of Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot motion control systems, motion controllers, VFDs, servo drives, and experience working around 480-volt electricity.
• Work with a group or alone, must be organized, multitask, prioritize workload and have strong communications skills.
• Safely perform tasks and adhere to all safety policies and procedures (LOTO, Arc Flash, PPE).
