Job summary

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, driving improvements and ensuring a safe, compliant operation to supply high-quality products.

The role emphasizes identifying root causes, supporting KPI tracking, and collaboration across groups with overtime and shift work as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ maintenance and troubleshooting in a highly automated production environment.
• Experience with aseptic filling lines, packaging operations, automated inspection lines and robotic packing.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, instrumentation and automation systems.
• Good documentation skills and ability to work on own initiative.
• Experience in GMP or regulated environments and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Planned and unplanned maintenance of mechanical services, plant and equipment.
• Identify root causes and implement solutions to equipment issues.
• Support ME/OPEx improvements and KPI monitoring for the technical team.
• Assist during FAT/commissioning of new plant and equipment.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance during maintenance.
